One of my brother's friends is a magnificent Native American potter. He is from San Felipe and is the epitome of what I think is contemporary in the realm of native arts & craft. I think he is well known because of the way he integrates the traditional use of materiality (clay) with his own personal designs. His work is detailed and amazing.
